RIIWHS204D Work Safely at Heights public course dates for March 2020 are now available from Firefect, the perfect training solution.

RIIWHS204D Work Safely at Heights is designed for those working in areas where there is a risk of sustaining injury or death through a fall from height..

Throughout this course, participants will develop the basic skills and knowledge of relevant legislation and standards covering height safety, performing a risk assessment and installation of control measures. In addition, RIIWHS204D Work Safely at Heights covers identification of suspension trauma after a fall, how to correctly fit and use a fall arrest harness as well as introducing a range of different fall arrest systems.

Participants also acquire skills and knowledge around safely using tools while working at height, how to select the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) to use plus how to inspect their PPE before and after work to ensure it is kept in best operational condition and functioning correctly.
